- Mess with the Applet
- This was the applet that I assigned as extra credit. Ignore the
gridlines, but just pay attention to the shape of the white and red
curves. Try to illustrate what you've seen in the the text, by what you
do with the curves. Notice what happens to both curves when you change
the constant term (the one on top) and the x term (the second from the
top) Play with this applet until you really see the
relationship between
f and f', as shown in the text.
- I'm not going to contrive some question for you to answer. I'll
trust you to explore on your own. I do want to know if you find this one
