Doug's Random Sampling Applet

The following applet was written by Doug Shaw, originally  for Andrea Olson, and now for the world-at-large. It is cited in the truly excellent textbook Exploring Research, Fifth Edition by Neil J. Salkind.

Choose a range for your data, enter how many random numbers you want in your sample, and opt for repetition and ordering. Then hit Go!

Oh - one more thing - I am curious as to how this applet is being used. If you've found it helpful, please drop me an email telling me what you do with it. I won't reveal your name to anyone.
