Lex Luthor's Autograph

I was always an avid reader of Superman. Superman was strong, fast, and confident. He did great things, and was loved by all of society. Luthor was skinny and unpopular, but had one thing going for him: he was very smart. It doesn't take a great psychologist to understand why I was a big fan of Lex Luthor when I was growing up. Think about it: Even though he lost to Superman time and time again, he never gave up. Even though all of society was against him, even though the odds were never in his favor, he still never gave up. In his own way, he was quite heroic. He was certainly a more interesting character than Supes.

I received the award shown when I was in Graduate School, for a letter that I wrote. (They didn't give these out to ANY old letter. Only one per month) Note that it has Lex's signature on it. Yes, I know he is a fictional creation, but I wouldn't sell his autograph for a thousand dollars. (If you offer me five thousand, we can talk)

A Baldy Award, signed by Lex Luthor!
