This book is a perfect example of why I need to own everything Pratchett writes, even though it could be considered inconsequential fluff. I just enjoy the heck out of it! Must...buy...more! ...But...only...used...copies...

It's set in Discworld, but this book is actually aimed at a younger audience. It's written in exactly the same style, surprise surprise, but the protagonist is a kid, with a kid's perspective. She's a witch in training, and is leaving her home to study with a senior witch. Let the wackiness ensue.

We've got all of Pratchett's stuff in our basement bookshelves, but this is one that I haven't read yet (along with Wee Free Men and Amazing Maurice). Supermilkchan is an even bigger Pratchett fan than I am.

Which reminds me... we haven't heard from SuperMilkChan lately. What gives there?

She got annoyed with me for reading so much, so she hasn't been posting reviews. Wink

Well, if you're neglecting her, I can see her taking things out on you, but not on the rest of us. She should grace us with her presence again. Of course, she can do whatever she wants to you. Smile Please communicate that message to her.
