This is a book about using Reiki energy medicine with animals, domestic or wild.

The book's main target audience seems to be those individuals who are already attuned to the Reiki energy, have some experience, and wish to use it to help animals.

Though the main concepts in the book could be easily condensed into just a few pages, there are a large number of individual animal stories that make it interesting and worthwhile to read all the way through.

If somebody wasn't aware of what Reiki was, this book would do little to help them understand. However, for those working with it, the book gives some valuable ideas for expanding your practice.
