Don't get all excited, it's just a mystery. The main character is a gay ex-child-star, but other than that the situations are sort of a standard mix of murder mystery and relationship romance.

If I were male and gay but otherwise the same person, I'd probably get a small thrill out of this and even read the previous book, The Actor's Guide to Murder. Since I'm not, it's a good chuckle, and now back to the library with you.
